About us 

The firm’s founder, Dr Małgorzata Sosnowska, obtained profound legal education at the University of Wrocław, where she obtained a master's and doctoral degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration.

She has worked in several renowned law firms, thereby gaining in-depth professional training. For many years, she has been personally providing legal assistance to business entities and individuals.

She is the author of monographs which have also been published in foreign language versions and scientific articles published in Polish and foreign magazines.

She provides her own original training courses for institutions and professional groups, in particular on copyright law, civil law and labour law. She has arranged for and participated in numerous conferences, seminars and symposia, both nationally and worldwide.

For many years, she has also been teaching at highly regarded universities in the fields of, among others, civil law, consumer and competition law, intellectual property law, labour law and others.
